      Clean, save work environment Empathic, dedicated local manager(s) Employees care about what they do Tasty, safe food products GREAT holiday event opportunities for overtime+delicious leftovers

      Cons

      Very strict seniority system for job availability, very slow entry arch (must start as on-call for variable none or 2-8 hr days) Always slightly understaffed b/c on-call position is unappealing and high change-over (not retaining)
