Pros

- They provide a 401K with 50% match up to 6% early on when you start to all employees. - You could have very nice coworkers who do care and help make your day better. - There is paid vacation for hourly positions after the first year of employment (which is awhile) or sooner for management employees. Length depends on time with company and position rank. - If you are in the food business you get 2 free meals per day (at least on our site). - There is health insurance, dental, vision offered (but not very good especially when compared to other large companies).

Cons

- It feels old, very structured/ tiered and top heavy with management in some cases (perhaps not all sites are the same). - Sometimes it feels too focused on profit and not enough on the service being provided to the client (you are based on client sites which can be very hard being the outsider). - It doesn't feel like they are trying to attract and keep the right talent (instead keep employees who have just worked there a long time and don't move forward with the times). - At least for management type positions employees talk about the only way to get an increase or be paid what you are worth is to move up in rank or leave the company and come back. - They don't provide much in terms of increases (many years above expectations and only 2% even though they state otherwise). - Not all employees are treated the same in terms of benefits (food employees get 2 free meals per work day while facilities don't get anything). - Don't let the tuition reimbursement fool you- it's only up to $1,000 per year if your manager approved that it is business related and you get a high enough grade at the end (after you had to pay for it upfront). - There is no paid maternity (or parental) leave (not even ONE day- must use sick time, vacation time and go on FMLA to take unpaid time). For a company this large based in France this one is very odd to me as many small US companies provide this benefit, even if for just a few weeks paid. - Most decisions are up to your manager (such as vacation time usage/ timing, if you are allowed to work from home, any flexibility in your schedule) so if you have a good one it can be great, if you have a bad one it can be very hard - no company standards for that which I know of.
