Pros

Plenty of room for career growth. Work balance is decent if the proper staff is in place. Workweek is typically 42 to 48 hours.

Cons

Account retention in this area seems to be low in the past decade. High level management seemed to be non-existent for several years at this account until it was too late; the client was already upset and looking for change when the proper personnel were eventually put into place. I would only recommend if the position is in an account that seems to have a good relationship with their client, but that can be difficult to observe as a potential hire.
