Business Outlook
Pros
Exempt employees start with 3 weeks of Vacation, plus holidays and 3 personal days. The health insurance and 401k seem pretty standard. I work in schools so I enjoy the seasonal aspect and that there is down time where taking vacation time is very doable.
Cons
Sodexo is not very competitive on pay, the company is slow to adapt new technology, and it's so large that at least in our segment I feel like we get left out of the conversation so when new technology is integrated, it either doesn't fit my needs very well, or I'm not really sure what it is for.
