Big corporate company that doesn't care about employee satisfaction - Clinical Dietitian Sodexo Employee Review

Pros

Almost always hiring as the turnover rate is high. A good stepping stone for new graduate or starters to open their career and gain experience

Cons

Compensation is below market average and yet the company requires you to complete countless projects and tasks that are not directly related to your job description. They call it Sodexo standards. Imagine having to do additional tasks in addition to 8 hours of assigned work load with a shamefully low pay. Micromanagement is the most unbearable aspect of Sodexo. My team is hired under "salaried" condition but our managers question our hours, monitor and scrutinize our time to an extent that leaves us with no autonomy or comfort space. Word of advise: leave as soon as you have gained the necessary experience
