      Pros

      It is a convenient job on campus.

      Cons

      Only allowed part time hours in the coffee shop. There are good shifts for tips and there are really bad ones.

      Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

      Cons

      High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
