None that I can think of.
Cons
Sodexo claims to be diverse but they are not. Upper management does not know how well or bad the management is at the unit level and they do not care as long as they look good to the client and to their bosses. No clear career path for growth especially for support positions. Salary range for the same job title can vary across the nation since it is set by the hiring manager.
