Pros
Sodexo is an awesome company to work for. I work in school services and campus services. I learned alot while employed by them. They are pro cross training which has helped me in other areas. They uphold fairness and respect of all employees. I transferred from one unit to another at the end if a contract and they were very encouraging & helpful.
Cons
When I worked for Campus services a new manager came in when ours transferred out. Not once did he speak with any if us employees to see what our experience was or goals. After summer break he only offered me 26 hr a week after I had for for Sodexo for 8 yrs. causing me to lose full time status benefits etc. Had he known what my experience & skills were he couldve given me full time and not hired and trained new employee to do payroll and office work. Which I already had been trained to do for Sodexo.
