      Just have to find the right management to work for. Some managers are great and teach you a lot, others aren't so great.

      Cons

      Some managers aren't interested in making the necessary changes to improve the company. They're complacent and are comfortable with where they are.

      Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

      Cons

      High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
