      Pros

      Good benefits package. 3 weeks paid vacation for entry level is awesome. Some opportunity for growth. Great attitude from hourly staff.

      Cons

      Favoritism abounds. Lots of loopholes for GMs to screw you without DM knowing. Management not always open to change, including adoption of corporate strategies.

      Corporate representatives were caring and kind, and tried to work with you.

      Cons

      High stress, high workload, lots of company initiatives that were being pushed. Lack of staffing made it difficult.
