      Pros

      Nurturing and instructing the people directly affected by me. I have encouraged growth and made a difference to the lives of my customers. I have improved the infrastructure and built a reasonably good team.

      Cons

      Management culture, here, is difficult. Because the vast majority of the workforce, particularly the management, have never known anything else, I rarely feel part of the "team".

      Cons

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
