Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits and a reasonable pay structure. Depending on your personal reporting structure you can do very well. I personally had a good work life balance and ealry in my career had good opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Because of the decentralized and autonomous nature of the business, there is not a good oversight of talent. Little opportunity to rise above your role with limited access to upper level managers. Immediate supervisor was a mico-manager. Very little ability to think on your own or "run your own business". Criteria for success was different depending on who you reported to. Company has a solid set of core values, but they are just words on a page when upper level managers do not live them.
