      Pros

      professional growth encouraged and opportunities available. hmmmm... twenty word minimum, huh? good place to train for a job with a better company.

      Cons

      low pay health benefits, even for management, so bad as to consider them insulting 50 hour work week not nearly balanced by wages and benefits
