      Pros

      I have worked for Sodexo for a few years now and has generally been a very good company to work for

      Cons

      Company has become very greedy and losing contracts because they are putting profits ahead of Campus upgrades. Sodexo is losing my contract and they dont seem to care what happens to loyal long term employees

      Supportive coworkers and managers at some locations. Clear policies and structured procedures. Growth opportunities if you are reliable and flexible.

      Workload can be heavy when short-staffed. Schedules may change depending on site needs.
