      Pros

      the friendly, personable environment. Management generally give the employees a voice in the company. When issues arose is was solved in a diplomatic matter.

      Cons

      when the locations closed there where not too many options to stay with the company. With it have contracts within other companies, they had a tendency of losing contracts through bid options
