      poor schedule mgt salary is not equal for all workers without reason, you could work harder but get less pay and work the longest.

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
