The pay at Sodexo USA is above average and if you can work in a role allowing you to use the drive and creativity they hired you for vs. getting stuck in a team with leadership that micromanages, bogs you in endless meetings & creates administrative work for every move you make, it can be rewarding work. If you are a flaming liberal, you’ll be enthralled with the company.
Cons
HR is over the top with “white guilt” struggle session conference calls, eternal celebration of homosexual lifestyle in the branding, and the forced DEI training often offensive to religious persons. Marketing is obsessively focused on promoting the homo-rainbow and fake climate and racism crisis agendas- even if it offends buyers. If you are selling to an Baptist Health organization or Christian College for example, marketing is totally tone deaf to offending people of faith & tend to parrot whatever they are told. They promoted & supported the BLM marxists who fleeced many corporations & enriched that organization’s leadership’s lavish lifestyles. If you think you are going to be creative and bring fresh energy, they will eventually choke that out by setting up so much admin & reporting work and micromanagement on you that you cant go to the toilet without feeling guilty.
