      Pros

      Quality of life is good especially if you are use to the restaurant industry. Benefits are great except for health insurance which is pricey. Lots of freedom to develop your own systems.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and disjointed. Area managers are clueless and uninvolved. Woke, liberal, DEI, drag shows on your desktop. Value diversity more than competency. Zero training. You train yourself. Pay is low until you threaten to quit. Contract management you could lose your contract at any time.

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
