      Pros

      Not much pros, just a bunch of cons acting like pro managers. If you wanna work in an environment with the head, chef says the word fool in almost every sentence and treat you horribly unfairly and unjustly. This place is perfect.

      Cons

      You are made to feel replaceable and talked down too everyday during the pre service meetings. It is the biggest drag ever!! To be talked down to by unprofessionally by a young vietnamese child with the airiest Vietnamese voice… absolutely cannot hear anything he ever says, and has zero base in his voice. Half the time I don’t know what he’s saying.

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
