Colleagues: I like the people and employees I work with, which can contribute significantly to job satisfaction and a positive workplace atmosphere. Passion for the Job: I find value and meaning in the work I do, which is important for long-term job satisfaction.

      Cons: Compensation: I feel that the pay, including bonuses, is insufficient for the work I do. Management Issues: There are concerns with the current management style, particularly with the new director whom many perceive as having poor management skills. Career Advancement: The situation with the operational position interview suggests potential issues with transparency and fairness in promotion opportunities.

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
