      Easy job, semi reasonable hours

      Cons

      always understaffed. under payed. Due to the low pay, the staff retention is very low. You find yourself spending more time training than working.

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
