      Pros

      Generally compassionate culture and not many micromanagers

      Cons

      Antiquated in processes and systems (they have Microsoft 365 but everyone just uses it as they've always known and Teams is essentially viewed as a Skype replacement); people also seem mostly to be rewarded based more on tenure than skills, so it can be demotivating at times

      Licensure fee reimbursement, CEU allowance, hired prior to RD credential with exam fee reimbursement, breakfast and lunch vouchers

      Pros

      The work experience and professional networking.

      Cons

      The operations manager, assistant general manager, general manager, catering managers are some of the most abusive people I’ve ever had the misfortune to work with. How they haven’t been sued for workplace harassment or for creating a hostile work environment is surprising.
