Minimal upward trajectory across the organization. The leadership and exec team continue to make vague promises that are missed. The company is very frugal. They are trying to move quickly, but this sometimes feels like just trying to stay afloat -- things get missed and priorities compete in a way that holds back the company from success. Turnover is high and it feels whiplashy.
