Good salary, it might be higher, but it is competitive level Challenging tasks, at least software ones, do not know much about hardware team

Cons

Abrupt architecture changes -- almost anything can change almost any time Unclear future of startup (still I believe in best).

none I can think of. If some one is badly in need of a job. You could work for a paycheck here. From public filings they do seem to have decent amount of funding

Cons

Management is incompetent and unprofessional Engineering Team is rife with Nepotism Misrepresents (bordering to outright lies) state of project and business to potential employees and investors
