The actual job description was basically an aggregation of the DUTIES of an entire IT department with presentation, non-technical (to management) with root cause analysis basically a principal engineering or Sr. infrastrucuture engineering level position ... quoted at $50/hour. A Lead sysadmin not engineer in a small town was @$65 / Hour 13 years ago. This is a TOTAL mismatch of Title to actual job married to a wholly inadequate compensation rate.
