Remote work is the only pro

Cons

Terrible company culture and impossible to move up from current position. Absolutely zero growth and I have witnessed good employees be let go for no reason out of nowhere. Senior management is constantly changing and managers come and go. I’ve seen 3 come and go none lasting longer than a year. Don’t bother

Pros: - Software tends to sell itself which is great for building pipeline - Get to work with higher ed and K12 institutions. You feel like you're actually making a difference - The people at the company are genuine and it feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction
