As you know feedback in all forms is extremely important to us, and we appreciate the time you have taken to share your experience.
In addition to your salary, there are number of other components to your total compensation. We reward our employees for company and individual performance through our incentive program. The incentive is paid on a quarterly basis or you can opt to receive an advanced portion in your semi monthly pay. We believe that every employee contributes to our success and we recognize that through our profit sharing plan. We also have a match for employee contributions to 401K. Our goal is to provide our employees with a rewarding total compensation and benefits package.
As a result of our surveys, we’ve formed employee committees to address concerns, including salary and benefits. As a result, we’ve given employees an opportunity to get their bonuses each paycheck, to get a portion of their profit-sharing paid now rather than their 401K, changed our paid time off to make it easier to get the days you need without a reason, and began benchmarking salaries against industry norms so as the company does better, our excellent staff can earn more!
