Pros
There is nothing to be added in pros for company. They will ready to give you good compansasion but will fire you soon.
Cons
They will hire people with good package, from good background as well but will fire also very soon . I had been there for one month, within a month they hired 50 people from good background companies like people from R systems, HCL,Samsung, Wipro, Accenture, Chetu etc., And within one month project ramp down and they fired all of them. How a company can do this to recent joiners. No future to work with such company who have no future plan for joiners specially who came from good companies. Very worst experience I had in this company through out my career. Please don't join this company.
