Unfortunately this company has all cons as listed below
- It does not have any clients.
- No marketing team.
- Most important, you would not be given Health insurance.
- Do not be surprised to get threaten by the employer to revoke your petition. It happened with most of the employees.
- They will threaten and black mail to sing a legal bond, so that you would not be able to go to new employer.
- You would be lucky if you get paid even you work on project.
Means, most of the time you would not get paid.
- By chance if you get paid, you would not get pay stubs ( which are necessary for H1 transfer to new employer)
- Absolutely zero support in all matters. They would not care about any thing except the money they can make out of you by any or all means.
- No one will respond to calls or emails even in emergencies.
- You need to find client for your self, work and have to make money to the company, which may not or may pay penny out of it i.e LCA rate.
This is perfectly illegal to run company like this according to the laws of US department of Labor, Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, USCIS and other state agencies which governs the safety of employees.
This company and the guy Seenappa Poola who owns this should be prosecuted and filed criminal charges against him, for violation of the immigration laws and other laws of the departments stated above.
