All reviews listed are either fake or forced. Nothing good here. All employees are leaving because of ill treatment. They don't have direct clients and don't have any projects. Nobody cares about employee. SG(Software global) will scare you every moment. They will not provide single pay stub even you are in project. SG don't have marketing team. Management says we are in market from past 15 years but they don't have single employee who are from 2 years. Please check the existing employee count in LCA. Clever employee leave before 3 months, good will leave after 4 months and people don't have any clue they will go back to India. I have seen people left to India because they SG didn't find any job here. They will be visiting once a week to the office. You will not get any single minute guidance how to stay alive in USA. SG will not run pay checks if you are in bench. They will not pay you single penny while you are in bench. SG here just to earn money from slaves sorry employees.
