Department of Information Technology leadership are toxic. Even if you're a great performer, if they don't like you for some personal reason. your position will get eliminated by "reorganization" method. It doesn't matter who you are. It doesn't matter how long you've been working there. It doesn't matter if the rest of the staff likes you for who you are and your work ethic. All shady stuff going on there.
