Pros
great culture, I work in operations and most of everyone here is supportive and a hard worker. Pay is fine, benefits is pretty good. we often have fun food events at work to boost morale and I love it. You get a great feeling that the company wants you to grow and succeed and I love working here.
Cons
its hard to think of any honestly. the only thing I can think of is that I miss working for part-time places. a lot of people tend to work overtime because we are so determined to get our work done and go above what is needed but this drive often leaves me with less sleep and less family time than I'd like. My role in the workplace often requires I drive for 3 hours a day and that cuts into the time I am able to work as well.
