Pros
Good Co-workers, insurance benefits are pretty good as well as fun company events and built in training.
Cons
Poor upper level warehouse management, no advancement opportunity unless you are favorited regardless of quality and work ethic, low pay, low hours, management is unhappy if you work to many hours unhappy if you leave early, struggle to get proper tools and equipment, efficiency is not measured for this position and most people don't know what position entails yet efficiency of position is always listed as poor by higher ups, poor utilization of employee skills and drive, very hard to recieve a raise was told by manager "we don't reward being good at your job and going beyond is on you we don't ask for it".
