Pros
I love my job. I talk to people in the beginning of the process and it is my personality that gets the customer excited. Whenever there is a problem I am able to find the solution. I also get recognized as a key player. I couldn't imagine working for another company.
Cons
It is a call center environment, so your fellow employees can be pretty negative for no reason. Sometimes you just want to yell, "It's your job to answer the phone. If you don't like it then find a new job!"
