Pros

Unlimited income potential!! Management was always available for any kind of issues. They truely want everyone to succeed.

Cons

The concierges cost me more jobs than I can count! I've had more homes disqualified for petty things that should not have happened. Between both of these issues it cost me at least 30 k over a 12 month period! Every customer that you get on your own is bombarded with calls from the concierges and this loses more jobs than you can imagine!! Most recently I had a customer that signed up for a site survey and had to cancel the original date because of a death in her family. I put in the job notes that this customer will reschedule as soon as she feels she's ready to move forward, so what did the concierge do?? Call the next day and the next day and a 3 rd day in a row to reschedule her appointment??!!!!!! Obviously the customer canceled all together because of the ridiculous phone calls!!! Major major major major major problems having the concierges dealing with the customers that you worked so hard to get in the first place only to lose tons of business because of their pestering the customers!

Pros

Just to quantify my review a bit, I am within the top 10% of inside sales reps within our 12,000 person company. It is a great place to work and people doing well ARE able to make good money here. The executive team ALWAYS has a platform for reps to help make SolarCity a better place every quarter. They involve the top 20 reps each quarter in various ways to help their peers through an interactive group called Team Elite. Executives, VP's, Directors, and Managers are always willing to help and go to bat when there are issues with things that need to be fixed. The direction of the company is consistent and although the company is large, decision makers work as hard as possible to steer the big ship quickly when necessary.

Cons

Knee jerk reactions with decision making at a director level create issues from time to time. Culture has had its ups and downs due to HUGE growth last year and subsequent high attrition rates.
