High rate of people being terminated for not making their numbers. The sad thing is that you are not in total control of your numbers, as the sales people you give your opportunities to will eventually determine, with their effectiveness in closing the sale, whether or not you will have a job next month. Your job is to engage with customers in Home Depot and Best Buy, trying to convince them to sign up for solar consultations. Tough job, not for everyone. Sometimes, you are being looked at as if you were a bad person, customers lie to you to get rid of you as quick as possible.. When you go home at night, on certain days, you feel horrible and psychologically drained. High turnover.
