Wide sweeping changes from the executive level did not address problems. I've seen it in several regions where if certain numbers weren't hit, instead of investigating into what the regional challenges were, they fired people and started from scratch. We've lost a lot of great people who were great at their job and retention is a huge issue. I saw our customer service and our installation quality go down to a depressing low. The standard operating procedure was inefficient and interdepartmental communication was terrible especially between the local offices and the headquarters.
