Pros
Culture is great. Channel managers really care for you and are always ready to listen and help. Decent base pay. As long as you work hard and are able to smile all day, it is a great job.
Cons
High pressure from new upper management for sales goals leaves us exhausted from overworking in areas with difficult demographics. Commissions aren't paid by appointments set and are dependent on the consultants you send them too. You can be a top performer but if the consultants don't bring your customers to a final close, you don't get paid.
