Cons
They will work you like a dog and pay you peanuts. Their pay is much lower than industry standards. As a manager I have never seen such blatant lies that are told to prospective employees just to bring them in. Most of my colleagues always bait and switch potential employees at their interview. The executive management team are ruthless, uncaring, and unprofessional. If you are looking to join the solar industry there are other companies out their that will treat you much better, pay you more, and offer more growth potential. Over here they constantly change the comp plan, so you are always guessing how much you will make. They always change goals, expectations, job duties, etc., which causes individuals to lose their jobs.
