The current individuals in management in Orange County will completely crush your soul! THEY HAVE ALREADY FIRED YOU BEFORE THEY EVEN HIRE YOU. My director and current managers will leave you to believe you can build a career here. During the interview they will tell you, "you will be promote me in 3 months." That is a lie. No training will be provided. Promotions do not exist. Management will tell you that you can make good commission - once you hit an impossible quota in a saturated market. Looking at the numbers from last month, there are very very very few people making any commission in the FES position. You need to have 30 Contracts Won to get promoted or transfer. Overall, in the Orange County region, its comes down to poor management!
