Pros
Good compensation package; flexibility; on the whole energetic team of people who care about the mission
Cons
Crowded office facilities (restrooms in SF office likely violate OSHA); political staff comprised of mostly partisan environmentalists without private sector experience, who couldn't create or implement a bi-partisan, pro-business agenda if their life depended on it. A "campaign team" which suffered from an acute sense of self importance and never designed an actual campaign. Too many cooks in the kitchen; not great place for women in the sense that more than 95% of us in mgmt. were men; while entrepreneurial, lack of business experience in most of exec team led to company's downfall (TSLA aquisition). Staff laid off received worst severance package ever (two weeks?!?!).
