Pros
I find what solarcity is doing for our environment a great thing, I enjoy providing customer w a cleaner way to run their household. I am proud of any company that that gives our children a cleaner way to live.
Cons
while i do enjoy working for solarcity and i also enjoy the benefit packages they provide me, I do see room for improvement and one of the areas of improvement is with pay i been with the company for a year and i asked my manager is there a yearly review in may of my one year anniversary he told me he w be conducting a review in June which is the following month, when june came i asked again when will he be conducting a review he told me he doesnt do review the company on a whole decide when reviews will be held. my concern is I probably will not see any pay increase even though i have no write ups only missed one day of work because of traffic court and never had a complaint from any customers, but besides getting the run around to get an increase in pay i think solar city could be a great company.
