Pros
The people I work with and my higher ups are helpful and passionate about the company's success. The benefits are great and at a low cost. They treat employees here very well and it's a great team environment. We all want to see each other succeed. It's a growing company with many opportunites and a lot of room for employees to grow!
Cons
It is a quota driven environment so you need to work hard and sometimes work over time. This could be a con to some who are not used to working in a higher pressure environment, but if you thrive under pressure and don't mind occasional long hours then it is not too bad!
