Pros
Most positive group of people I have ever worked with, competitive base, full healthcare almost immediately, dependable employees, great product. There really is no other for solar panels.
Cons
Be prepared to work more than 60 hours per week if you count all the time spent on the computer and phone doing customer service and getting the install completed. Company wants you to stand at Home Depot to help another perfectly capable person to get appointments set. So you have double duty: get the appointment, run the appointment. They are hiring too many sales reps too quickly. Only about 20% are making quota & most of them are the veteran sales reps (been there over a year).
