Great job if you can get your sales all the way to install.
Cons
If you cannot get your jobs sold through to install, you make absolutely no commission. Commission is only paid after install. I worked there for 9 months, in my second and third month I sold a total of 24 jobs. Over the next 5 months 18 of those 24 jobs were either disqualified by SC or the customer cancelled because it was taking so long to get installed. The highest commission for those remaining six jobs was $500 and I had to wait almost six months to get paid. They expect you to drink the company koolaid and except not getting paid a commission for 6 months. I cannot support my family with that.
