Pros

Free food every Wed. Free snacks and fruit.

Cons

The sales attrition rate in this company is absolutely insane. Senseless pressure is permanent even for the top performers. Money isn't good at all as the company tries really hard to pay you the absolute minimum they can. Targets are made up and set so high that nobody but a handful of people (5 out of 45) achieves them, even though you grow your markets quarter after quarter. You are being paid substandard in the industry even though you generate millions for the company. This truly is the worst sales organization with an approach that is destructive not only to the markets but also to the people. There is no work life balance, you cannot even take your holidays as it's never the right time and you are always being denied. The holiday restrictions are set in the contract, no holiday allowed during the last week of the month, and last 2 weeks end of quarter, no holidays in December whatsoever. Truth is that you cant ever get holidays and have to coordinate with your colleagues. You will end up just piling up your holidays from the previous years. Long story short, avoid this company or regret. There is no career progression at all, awful pay, crazy senior management, illogical strategist and this is just the tip of the iceberg. People leaving the company are all glad they did.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities can sometimes feel limited within a satellite office environment, and promotion paths are not always clearly defined. Employees seeking long-term growth may benefit from having proactive career development conversations with leadership. The recent IT reorganization has introduced a period of transition, resulting in some uncertainty and lower morale across parts of the organization. The department is currently in a rebuilding phase, and new employees should expect to contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Compensation appears to be somewhat below market rates for certain roles, which may be a consideration for candidates prioritizing salary growth.
