Competitive salaries. Comprehensive benefits package (though the health insurance co-pays and deductibles are high)
Cons
Lack of investment in training and development of senior non-management employees. Limited visibility, inclusion and advancement opportunity from within. Absence of standardization of technology stack results in unnecessary effort and cost to build "one off" solutions. Inconsistent application of policies (e.g., telecommuting). Accountability for employee results needs to be consistent.
