Pros

--Great starter job for experience/career building --Personal life flexibility. Company is understanding of the Pandemic and is supportive of personal issues outside of work. --Possible Hybrid (Upon returning to the office) --Giving Free mental days (Periodically)

Cons

--Micro Managing at its best!!! -- (Forget the free lunches) Judging by the Glassdoor reports--Some employees are still receiving the perks. Used to receive free lunch. Now we have to attend a virtual lunch meeting and buy our own lunch and sit in front of a camera while management lunch was probably paid for on the company credit card. Every supervisor has a corporate card. Use it! --Indefinite work from home is not an option. --Collections team bring in lot of the companies money and is the most forgotten. (No incentives) --Low pay --FTO offered to salary employees only. If you are hourly, you can forget it. --Promotions are not fairly given. Management or your superior should speak on it if you deserve it but good luck with that. --No more Christmas Party, Company outing in the parking lot. Understood it is a pandemic, however, find a way to compensate your employees other wise. Especially for the ones who are most forgotten.....Collections --Health insurance is not the worst but the deductible is high for individuals with no major health issues. Therefore, when you go to the doctor you will have a bill b/c you never met the deducible.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities can sometimes feel limited within a satellite office environment, and promotion paths are not always clearly defined. Employees seeking long-term growth may benefit from having proactive career development conversations with leadership. The recent IT reorganization has introduced a period of transition, resulting in some uncertainty and lower morale across parts of the organization. The department is currently in a rebuilding phase, and new employees should expect to contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Compensation appears to be somewhat below market rates for certain roles, which may be a consideration for candidates prioritizing salary growth.
