Pros

1. People here very well understand work life balance. 2. Peers here help each other to ramp up without ridiculing. Since there are lot of products that are getting developed from scratch, you get to learn a lot of things. 3. I feel valued for the work that I do and the new ideas that come up with. 4. RSU offering is good, and with the potential that I see in the new products that are getting developed one can expect very good returns. 5. As till date work from home is encouraged.

Cons

1. There are discussions on having hybrid work like lot of other companies have started post covid. I feel this should not be the case, employees save a lot of time and money on transport, food and as they say "time is money" and "money saved is money earned". Collaboration should not be an issue with use of Teams and we being engineers should try to make our lives easy with use of technology. I feel biggest corporate social responsibility is to stop contributing to carbon emissions. 2. Connect between sales teams and engineers should be strengthend with frequent connects, I feels there are lot of feature that sales need to know from the products that are getting developed.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities can sometimes feel limited within a satellite office environment, and promotion paths are not always clearly defined. Employees seeking long-term growth may benefit from having proactive career development conversations with leadership. The recent IT reorganization has introduced a period of transition, resulting in some uncertainty and lower morale across parts of the organization. The department is currently in a rebuilding phase, and new employees should expect to contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Compensation appears to be somewhat below market rates for certain roles, which may be a consideration for candidates prioritizing salary growth.
