- Building a Culture - Demonstrated commitment to Leadership Development from the CEO down.... across the Globe. Having the CEO speak to all the classes of leaders, as well as other Senior Leaders gives all of us an opportunity to ask them questions about the business. It also underscores their commitment to us. - opportunities to gain experience outside of my business unit.

Pros

Paycheck, decent (Though expensive) insurance and good PTO (If you can take it). Coworkers and technicians are exceptional.

Cons

Absolute absence of work/life balance, PE company focused on keeping SG&A costs to a bare minimum and unwilling to increase headcount to handle increased business, no training program, no coherent plan for cruise business investment, no regard given to feedback to director level, say that comp time is given but it is impossible to claim with volatile environment. Did I mention the expectation of 24/7 availability for contact and work availability? Run, do not walk, away from these people.
